A 29-year-old man has been charged with murder after the death of a 23-month-old girl in County Tyrone.
Tavia Da Costa, who was due to turn two this month, died at a house in Windmill Court in Dungannon on Sunday.
A 21-year-old woman has charged with manslaughter and causing or allowing the death of a child.
Another 24-year-old woman has been charged with causing or allowing the death of a child.
All three have also been charged with cruelty to children.
